Under 11 Boys & Girls

I coach children from under 8/9 years to 11/12 years old. The group work on the second stage of the Long Term Athlete Development scheme "Learning to Train".

All sessions are varied and will cover different aspects of athletics from getting children fit to learning techniques for specific events such as throwing or jumping. This includes a little light strength work and training drills and stretches to enable them to go on to the next stage fo LTAD - "Training to Train".

Fun is always at the heart of the training as we aim to keep children interested in keeping fit for life.
